i stood for 20 minutes debating whether or not to shell out the $50 for this american apparel skirt (..still thinking):
my default rule for items i'm "unsure" about is : will i wear this $x times? and no, i probably wouldn't wear this skirt 50 times.neon yellow jeans though? maybe : ) i've seen these at urban outfitters and in cordoroy at jcrew.
